  • Everything in the store is either handmade, handcrafted, and/or designed by me!
  • I also curate art tools such as supplies for crafts or yarns for fiber art hobbies :)
  • I do not accept any refunds or exchanges, however, if you face any issues with your order, please reach out to me~
  • Packaging:
    • Most of my packaging is recycled from used poly mailers to support sustainability! However, I still ensure your product is nicely packed & enjoyable to unbox~
    • Please recycle as much as possible! :D

  • Ravenister13 is based in sunny Singapore & we ship worldwide!
    • Local: Singpost & Qexpress
    • International: Singpost
  • Return mail sent back to me due to invalid address input/customs fee not being paid, I will contact you for the reshipment fee for it to be shipped again.
  • I am not liable for any mail lost in transit
  • Order processing time: 3-7 days 
    • You will receive an email notification when the order ships!
  • Local Orders
    • Singpost: Up to 7 days
